How it works

ECAL provides a Data Delivery Service that can be used to load Subscriber data into your CRM. The service:

  • Uploads your User data into a sFTP or AWS s3 bucket as a CSV file
  • Provides customisation for data formatting for the CSV file
  • Can combine data from multiple ECAL accounts into a single file
  • Data can be uploaded to your destination on a daily or weekly basis
  • You can import this data file into your CRM and enrich user profiles

Data Delivery File Structure

  • Columns A to AF are fixed and will always be exported
    • A data column’s value can be empty
  • After the column AF, any standard and/or custom fields that are used to collect Subscriber data will be available
